Payment Problems:If you experience any problems trying to complete the credit card transaction with PayPal it may be due to an issue with the very strict "security model" they implement. In particular, some European credit cards have been rejected because they do not utilize the same verification systems as US-based cards. The solution to these security related issues requires that we process the transaction manually. The procedure is very simple. You can provide payment information by fax, email, or if absolutely necessary, by phone. To do this download and complete the GWP80 Payment Form (gwp80payment.doc or gwp80payment.pdf). Send the completed form by fax (no cover page required) to:
